Saint Report
Each fourth grader will read a book on a saint and write a report on what he/she
has learned. The internet may only be used to supplement the book if necessary.
The Saint Report must be at least 5 paragraphs including:
 one introductory paragraph (include title of book); (2-8 sentences)
 three paragraphs including details of the saint’s life and death (8 sentences)
 concluding paragraph (2-8 sentences)
The Saint Report must also include:
 The completed graphic organizer found on the pages below
 a cover page (student name, saint name, labeled picture of saint),
 a full heading that is in this format:
