Connecting Classrooms Partners’ Meeting
On September 9th 2012, sixteen students and two teachers from Užice Grammar School visited
highs chool 'Takovski ustanak' in Gornji Milanovac, within the Connecting Classrooms project.
There, they attended a presentation about human rights. Two students from our school, Katarina
Pavlovic and Ana Jelisijevic, took part in this presentation. They talked about humanitarian
organisations in Uzice and about the work that students of Uzice Grammar School had done
within the project Connecting Classrooms.
After the presentation, students had a chance to hang out with their peers from Gornji Milanovac
and Ivanjica and to meet the young leaders from Pierre Troudeau international high school from
Barleben, Germany, who had been staying in Gornji Milanovac for five days.
