Pennsylvania Act 101 and The Municipality of Bethel Park Ordinances require that all
commercial facilities recycle office paper, corrugated cardboard, aluminum cans and yard waste.
You are also required to report your 2013 results on the data collection form.
If you have a recycling program, please complete the form and respond as soon as possible
with your 2013 data.

If a hauler picks up your recycling, please write in the name of the hauling company on
the form.

If you recycle cardboard, office paper or aluminum through a broker or sell it directly to a
market, please write the name and contact information for the company that receives your
recyclables.

If you are a small business and use a drop-off facility to remain in compliance, list the
name and location of the drop-off for each material that you recycle.
If you do not have a recycling program, contact your trash hauler to identify a way to
comply with state and local recycling regulations to avoid possible fines or for a list of
appropriate drop-off locations via the following web page.
