QUOTATION/AUCTION NOTICE
Sub : Disposing of surplus, obsolete and unserviceable stores office equipment
,furniture items & other items water cooler, chair, table, split AC, furniture etc.
The undersigned is directed to invite sealed quotations/tenders from interested
parties for the purchase of surplus, obsolete and unserviceable stores which includes
water cooler, chair, table, split AC, furniture old computer etc. on the basis of “as is
where is “ basis as per the list enclosed.in Annexure ‘B’
The terms and conditions are as under:
1)
The quotation addressed to the undersigned may be submitted to this office on or
before 19.06.2015 (Friday) (4.30 p.m.);
2)
Interested parties may send their quotation/tender in sealed cover marked
“Quotation for the Purchase of obsolete and unserviceable stores along with bid
in form’A”
3)
The quotations/tenders will be opened in the presence of the committee
members;
4)
Interested parties may inspect the items physically on any working day between
10.30 am to 4.00 pm till 19.06.2015;
5)
Entire items will be sold in a single lot;
6)
Only single bid should be noted for all the items. No separate bid should be
given;
7)
The highest bidder shall be chosen based on the figures quoted in the format
Annexure ‘A’
8)
If the bid amount is less than the minimum price already fixed by the committee
of this department, the bidding shall be rendered null and void;
9)
The successful bidder have to make full payment in advance within 2 working
days of acceptance of rate/bid;
10)
The successful bidder has to lift all the items from disposal site within 7 days
after payment at his own cost, on failure to do so this office shall have right to
forfeit the entire bid amount.
11)
A bank draft of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five thousand only) as earnest money in
favour of Assistant Registrar, CESTAT, Mumbai is to be deposited along the
quotation/tender which is returnable without any interest;
12)
This office reserves the right to reject any or all the quotations/tenders without
assigned any reason therefore. The decision of the office in this regard shall be
final and binding on all.
