On Saturday 21 February 2015, an audit was conducted in the Convention Hall attended by John
Davis, Br.44, Fred Boltz, Br. 269 and Secretary/Treasurer Bob Huscher, Br. 186.
Both the checkbook and receipts from the 2014 Regional Convention in Atlantic Beach, Fl. Were
reviewed and found to be in order.
A refund in the amount of $422.96 was deposited in the SER account.
With the approval of the Audit Committee, Shipmate Treasurer Huscher was approved to write a
check for expenses incurred at Regional Convention to cover purchasing material for Committee
Awards. The check was approved for $48.88.
