Instructors: The Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) Center of
Academic Excellence (CAE) program manager has strict planning and reporting
requirements so they can carefully track how their money is spent. The information

orderly expenditure of the grant funds, and ensure that all the core competencies
sought by the ODNI are addressed across the consortium. These data are required
