IMPORTANT INFORMATION, please read carefully:

Priority booking for - Henley Tennis Club Junior Members. Non-members welcome if places available.
A place is only allocated when BOTH booking form and payment has been received.
Places on courses will be allocated on a “first come, first served” basis with the booking form being accompanied by the
correct cheque.
Members have priority on coaching places at all times.
All coaches are CRB checked in accordance with LTA guidelines
We will only contact you if there is not room on the course.
The club reserves the right to amend/cancel coaches/courses depending upon the demand/ability.
Sorry, no refunds due to bad weather, but if a session is completely rained off, then the Club will
endeavour to reschedule that session, if possible.
The Club is not responsible for children outside the club premises. Please ensure that an adult escorts
your child from the courts paying particular attention in the car park area.
Please collect your child/children promptly from the Club
Please ensure your child is in suitable sports clothing and has a drink at coaching sessions.
