United States Navy, June 2007 – May 2008
 Attended academic and military classes in preparation to Commission as an Officer in the United
States Marine Corps or Navy.
United States Army, June 2009 – May 2010
 Cadet, Attended the Leaders Training Course in June of 2009 at Fort Knox, KY representing the
New Mexico Military Institute.
 President of Semper Fi Club, organized and facilitated the New Mexico Military Institute’s interbranch relationship with the United States Marine Corps. Directed meetings attended by cadets and
alumni in order to develop an understanding and appreciation for the United States Marine Corps at
the New Mexico Military Institute.
 Physical Fitness Trainer, Physically, morally, mentally prepared over 200 Junior College men and
women entering into the United States Service Academies (Air Force Academy, West Point Military
Academy, U.S. Naval Academy, Merchant Marine Academy) in physical fitness training. Facilitated
combat fitness tests/general physical fitness assessments for Service Academy applicants at the
New Mexico Military Institute in order to develop the physical capacity required to successfully
matriculate at a service academy.
Boy Scouts of America 2010 - 2011
 Program Counselor/Backcountry Environmental Educator Summer 2010 at Philmont Scout Ranch
(Cimarron, NM). Educated over 15,000 Boy Scouts and Scouting Advisors on environmental
ideals/practices, outdoor skills. Including education on Leave No Trace and Tread Lightly practices
promoted by the BSA and Philmont Scout Ranch.
 Shooting Sports Instructor/Range Safety Officer (Program Counselor) Summer 2011 at Philmont
Scout Ranch (Cimarron, NM). Instructed/supervised over 15,000 boy scouts and advisors in the
use of 12-gauge shotgun shooting. Operated Philmont’s shotgun range, while managing over 200
boy scouts in safety, shooting, and firearm familiarity education daily.
Creative Works – 2008-2011
Freelance worker – Implemented standard operating procedures to assemble/disassemble displays
in shop and on site at the Las Vegas Con-Expo convention.
Les Moise Inc. 2010 – 2012
Sales Associate/Boot Technician Fall & Winter 2010/11 & 2011/12 (Whitefish Bay, WI). Worked
with Sales Manager and customers to identify beneficial/appropriate skiing equipment while
providing service/maintenance to returning client’s equipment. Daily transactions and sales
packages ranged from $300 - $8,000.
Life Experience
AFS 2006 Exchange student in Paraguay, South America (Spanish), Volunteer at Cross Cultural
Solutions in Rabat, Morocco 2009: Worked with disabled orphans in all capacities such as language skills,
interpersonal skills, supervision, daily activities, hygiene, dietary, and overall personal wellness.
