The main purposes of this research study were about ( 1
) Develop approach of teaching for new teacher is manual for
teach in first year of research ( 2 ) Action research about
approach of teaching in second year of research and ( 3)
Reduce number fault test lower on 30% of total student .
The series of lectures industrial hygiene: evaluation has
difficult subject, fault test more than 30% and effect to retention
on student. Methodology of research is naturalistic research:
first year and action research: second year. In first year new
teacher ( researcher)
will observation professional teacher,
finding data, partial teacher discuss and teaching. Researcher
teaching and observation about finding to build approach of
teacher .Research finding to develop approach of teaching and
fault of practice testing 15.52%( N=277 students) minimum
score 4 maximum score 20 mean 13.07 standard deviation 1
