Develop an ongoing plan which both manages and continually assess the risk as much as possible and has a plan to immediatley
reviewthe plan in the case of risk coming to problem stage. Lastly always determine if this standard has the potential to involve or place
other residents at risk. If so following the standard/regulation is likely the only option.
