COMPULSORY DOCUMENTS CHECKLIST
Please ensure the following documents are submitted to CET for the processing of your
application. Please put a against the items that are submitted to CET.

Copy of front & back of your NRIC/ Employment Pass/ Work Permit/ Passport
 1 passport-sized photographs (we do not accept scanned photographs)

Copies of relevant academic/ educational certificates including GCE “O” Level English/
IELTS results (Notarial translation for certificates not in English)
 Photocopy of Letter of Notification of Categories of Teachers from MCYS/ MSF /MOE
(where applicable)
 Documents of employment records or curriculum vitae/ resume stating employment
history, job titles and job description of all employment


For company sponsored applicants, please provide letter of support on the company letter
head (Letter should be signed off with the contact details and designation of the signatory)
