Grambling State University cordially invites you to participate in its Annual High School Day on
Saturday, October 26, 2013. The students will have the opportunity to visit our beautiful
campus, participate in the college fair day, and attend a spectacular football game. The itinerary
is as follows:
Departure Times to GSU
2:30 a.m.
8:30 a.m.
Departure Times to Dallas
11:30 p.m.

ATTIRE
Appropriate casual clothing. Please remember to wear comfortable shoes. The following are
unacceptable clothing: Tank tops, mesh tops, jeans with holes, daisy dukes shorts, halter tops,
skirts or dresses that are less than 21” long, no baggy pant with under garments revealed.
Students must adhere to the dress code or they will not be allowed to board the bus and will
forfeit their money.
Walkman with headphone, pillows, and blankets are permitted.
NOTE: ANY STUDENT NOT PICKED UP WITHIN 30 MINUTES AFTER THE BUS
RETURNS FROM GRAMBLING, LOUISANA TO THE DALLAS METROPLEX AREA,
WILL BE PUT IN A CAB AT THE PARENT(S) / LEGAL GUARDIAN EXPENSE.
Note: All monies must be provided by the parents (s)/legal guardian for breakfast and
dinner. All acknowledgement and parental permission form must be turned in on
Saturday, October 26, 2013, before students can load the bus.

University. In addition I./we are aware that Grambling State University National Alumni
Association and the Dallas Chapter are not responsible for any injury or personal losses that may
