MEDICAL POSTGRADUATE COURSES PG / Clinical Residency / Doctorate programs are conducted in English and in Russian languages. Students can study both in English and in Russian medium of instruction. The admission year for PG/Clinical Residency programs starts from the 1st June till 1st September. All students should undergo for a 6-10 months conversational course of Russian language before starting the PG/Clinical Residency course that students/Doctors can interact with the local Russian patients during the clinical visits and also for the local interaction in daily life. English medium of instruction means that the student will have the tutor/academic adviser with high knowledge of English language and classes and practical work student can do in English language, but nevertheless students should undergo for a 6-10 months conversational course of Russian language. Russian medium of instruction means that the student will have Russian speaking academic adviser and study in Russian language. FOR PG (Postgraduate Education) / Clinical Residency: Duration: Surgical departments: 3 years Non-Surgical departments: 2 years P.S.: Some countries have their specific requirements for their citizens to complete Postgraduate Education. For those students, they have to do their practice according to their country laws and they can prolong their Postgraduate Education up to 5 years (if it is required). FOR DOCTORATE PROGRAMS: Duration: 3 years The presentation of doctoral dissertation is carried out before a Dissertation Council. Dissertation Councils are organized by the Supreme Certifying Committee (Vysshij Attestatsionney Komitet, VAK) of the Russian Federation to accept dissertations in given fields of science for presentation in accredited Higher education and research institutions. There is no time restriction for masters or clinical residency and you can join anytime in the year just we have to finalize your admission. It's according to the Rules and Regulations of Immigration authorities of the Russian Federation. We are advising students to come to the city airport where University is located, it will be convenient for us to receive the student there and for student also it will be convenient. If you find difficulties in getting flights to any small cities, then you can get flight to any airport in Moscow and we shall receive you there. After confirming the flight details, please inform us the flight number, date of arrival and time. You should send all this information at least a week before your arrival.
