Radovan Dolezel graduated Veterinary University in Brno and he was awarded degree doctor of veterinary
medicine - D.V.M. in 1980. He entered on Veterinary University in Brno (present University of Veterinary and
Pharmaceutical Sciences Brno) after graduation and he was working there as a research worker, assistant,
scientific assistant and he has worked there as Assistant Professor up to this time.
Academic and Scientific Degree
1989 – Dissertation work was defended a degree Ph.D. was awarded.
1995 – Habilitation work was defended and degree Assistant Professor in branch Veterinary
Obstetrics and Gynaecology was awarded.
Other professional qualification
1985 – Graduation in Pedagogy at University Olomouc.
1993 – Consultant in animal production – specialist for reproduction.
2000 – Course for obtaining qualification according § 17 law ČNR č. 246/1992 Digest For
security of animals against torture, as amended by the act no. 162/1993 Digest.
2007 – Course in expert activity: Insemination technician specialized for cattle, sheep and
goats.
