Lisa Stewart, RN, MA
As a registered nurse with over 15 years of experience in medical-surgical nursing, home care, physician liaison
work, and hospice education, Lisa puts her clinical insight and empathic approach into good practice as a
Geriatric Care Manager at SeniorCare Options. She prides herself on listening for understanding and
anticipating the needs of clients and their families.
Lisa has served on the POLST collaborative board in Atlanta, provides continuing education as a professional
speaker on end-of-life issues, and serves as a member of the Board of Directors with The Health Initiative in
Atlanta. Advocacy and lifelong learning are key motivators for her love of the healthcare field.
