Time Table for Creighton Game:
Deadline for chapter coordinators to report ticket and tee shirt numbers via survey monkey. In order to access the
survey use the following link: https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/VDWJL9K
Must request ticket and t-shirt sizes by February 6th.
*Please be advised that handicap seating will be limited – if you have a request for handicap seating, please
contact Callie Erickson ASAP at 402-515-7731. Accommodations will not be able to be made that evening.

Ticket and T-shirt Pick Up
February 23rd, 2014
Pick up tickets and tees upon arrival at the century link center at the Java-dot-Com room to distribute to your
chapter. The Java-dot-Com room is located on the 1st level to the north of the ticket office.
2:00- 4:00 PM
Send one representative per chapter to pick up ticket and t-shirts for the group. . The group should remain in the
bus or in the hallway along the side of the atrium to allow fans to get to the game.
Permission forms should be given to TeamMates staff when you pick up your t-shirts/tickets.
Mentors and Mentees who are meeting at the game: Meet with your TeamMates outside the Java-Dot-Com
Room.

Immediately after
the game
Autograph Session – The autograph session will take place at the Century Link Center immediately following the
game. If your chapter is participating the autograph session please be sure to communicate that with all mentors
and mentees. Details to come.

Who gets a ticket?
o TeamMates mentors, mentees, and coordinators (*if a mentee’s mentor can’t attend, they may use that ticket for one of
their parents)
o We do NOT have enough tickets for additional requests for family/friends etc.
o Make sure there is a commitment behind each ticket – do not estimate
o If your bus driver wishes to attend the game, please include him or her in your final count on the survey monkey link.

Tee Shirts
o TeamMates mentors, mentees and coordinators will receive a tee shirt
 Please do NOT order shirts for matches who cannot attend. We only have enough tees for mentors, mentees,
and coordinators who will be attending.
Autographs
o The details for the postgame autograph session will be coming out soon. Please watch your email for details.



Chapter Coordinators are responsible for submitting a total ticket count and t-shirt sizes to via Survey Monkey link by February

Registration Forms:
1. Creighton Game Registration Form Individual Activity (Match driving to the game together with third party OR meeting at
the game) or
2.
Creighton Game Registration Form Group Activity (riding a bus)
o Every participant must have a completed registration form. If a mentor is meeting the group at the game the mentor still
must complete a registration form to ensure they are in the ticket count and due to TeamMates insurance guidelines.
o Chapter Coordinators are responsible for bringing registration forms with you to the event. Registration forms must be
turned in to TeamMates to pick up tickets and tees.
o Coordinators must call or send a text to the TeamMates “box office” (402-515-7731) to verify numbers after you get on
the bus the day of the game. Tickets that are not verified on the day of the game will be released to the general public
as soon as possible. Texts are preferred.
How do we get there?
 Each TeamMates Chapter is responsible for creating a game plan for transportation to and from the event.
 Make sure that the appropriate registration forms are completed for your game plan.
 It is the chapter’s responsibility to ensure that there are accompanying adults with all mentees.
 It is the chapter’s responsibility to communicate transportation plan to all mentors, mentees, and parents.
 Bus directions are below.
Other Important Information for Coordinators:
 TeamMates mentees, should only need money if they would like to purchase food at the Century Link Center.
 TeamMates mentors can purchase mentees food or snacks if they wish.
 Please make sure that you are aware of any medical conditions of mentees before you depart for the basketball game. For
example if a child needs an inhaler, make sure they have it.
 Buses will be dropping of riders in front of the Century Link Center.

 Bus drop off: Head north on 10th street. There is a passenger loading zone directly in front of the Qwest Center on the
east (right) side of the street

Bus Parking: Continue north on 10th street. Turn right (east) on Meca Drive, travel past the Qwest building, and then
take another right into the Loading Dock area.
BUS DROP OFF:
