PARTY AREAS RESERVATION COVER LETTER
Greetings Party Planner,
The Medford Garden Railroaders offer three Party Areas located in the center of the Medford Railroad
Park, at our G-Scale Garden Railroad layout. Party reservations are booked on park run days only, the
second and fourth Sundays of the month, April – October. A reservation grants party area use from as
early as 11:00 a.m. (Arrival/Set-up Time), to 2:30 p.m. (Clean-up Time), with departure before park
closure at 3:00 p.m.
Payment in full reserves your selected date and party area choice. Reservation Confirmation is our
emailed invoice indicating paid in full. Reservation Cancellation for Refund: Requires written email notice
no less than thirty days prior to reservation date to receive a full refund by check.
THOMAS PARTY AREAS: This shade covered, fenced off party area is divided in two – Left Party Area
and Right Party Area. Each area hosts approximately 20 guests. Each area rents for $45.00.
Alternatively, both party areas as a whole hosts approximately 40 guests and rents for $75.00.
We provide each side of this party area with the following:
A. 1 - Charcoal BBQ, (barbeque necessities are not provided; charcoal, etc.)
B. 1 - 3’ x 7’ Picnic Table w/Benches
C. 1 - 30” x 6’ Folding Table
D. 15 - Plastic, Stackable Chairs
E. Pull-cart to transport your party goodies from the parking lot to our party area
BOXCAR PARTY AREA: A beautiful Walnut Tree shades this area. It is fenced on three sides with a
rope barricade on the forth side. This area hosts approximately 50 guests and rents for $100.00.
We provide this party area with the following:
A. 1 - Propane BBQ, (propane provided; barbeque necessities are not provided)
B. 5 - 3’ x 7’ Picnic Tables w/Benches
C. 1 - 3’ x 7’ Table for Gifts
D. 1 - 7’ Round Buffet Table
E. 2 - 30” x 6’ Folding Tables – Drink or Buffet
F. 15 - Plastic, Stackable Chairs
G. Pull-cart to transport your party goodies from the parking lot to our party area
