2013-14 Board of Directors
In accordance with dmaDetroit by-laws, a Nominating Committee has been formed
to develop a slate of candidates for the 2013-2014 Board of Directors. This
committee is chaired by Walt DeCasas. Committee Members include Alex Della
Torre, Marisa Marinelli, Amanda House, Dave Marold and Bob White.
The Nominating Committee has put together an outstanding slate of candidates for
the upcoming 2013-14 Board of Directors. The following TEN individuals will be
running for FIVE open two-year board positions.
Please vote for up to FIVE by putting a check mark next to the name. A brief
biography of each candidate is included.

*Bruce Moyer, GPX Software, VP Marketing
Bruce is a direct marketing industry veteran with over 25 years of experience. He has
marketing experience working for corporations both large and small, and as a consultant.
Bruce has returned to the DMAD board after a 2-year hiatus where he is involved in a new
product development and launch. This has been a wonderful and exciting opportunity to be
involved in such a prominent development role raising money and creating and implementing
the marketing strategy. He served on the DMAD board for 15 of the last 17 years (19962009) & (2011-2013) and has held just about every position in the organization. He served as
Treasurer on three different occasions and was President from 2002-2003. He has chaired
numerous DMAD events and brings with him a wealth of historical information about the
organization. He has been a resource to the current board and remains active with the
organizations Past Presidents Educational Group (PPEG). Bruce and his wife Gayle reside in
Ann Arbor.

*Amanda House, Campbell Ewald, Account Executive
Amanda is an up and coming advertising professional in metro Detroit and in the dmaDetroit
community as a Target Committee member for the last three years including committee chair
for the 2013 show. Amanda is an Account Executive for Campbell Ewald, working on Digital
executions and site content management for her clients. Prior to CE Amanda spent the first
part of her career as a Marketing Manager for Ziebart International. She is a graduate of
Adrian College and holds a Bachelors of Business Administration in Management.
Hard working and driven, Amanda knows how to enjoy her free time. She is an avid
fisherwoman and horseback rider, is involved in soccer and dance, is part of a competitive
mud volleyball team and still finds time to go for a run with her dog Gunner

*Alejandro “Alex” Della Torre, Direct Marketing and Communications Manager at Chrysler
Group LLC
Alex has been an active dmaDetroit member since the turn of the millennium - from attending
luncheons, AIMS and Target awards, to volunteering on committees, to serving on the board
as Secretary, Treasurer, President (2 terms). Currently he is serving as dmaDetroit’s
Immediate Past-President. Alex holds the position of Direct Marketing and Communications
Manager at Chrysler Group LLC. There he is responsible for the post-vehicle-sale service
contract acquisition program for the Mopar brand and dealer communications for MVP. In
addition, Alex has over a decade of experience in providing fulfillment solutions through
traditional and digital channels and in assisting fortune 500 companies generate highly
relevant targeted interactions to acquire new customers, keep them coming back and fortify
their brand. He is a graduate of Wayne State University with a Bachelor of Science in
Psychology. Alex thoroughly enjoys gardening, photography, cooking, travel, sport driving
and is fluent in Español!

Kerry Doyle, Doyle Marketing, President/Owner
Kerry is president and owner of Doyle Marketing in Novi, Michigan and has been working in
marketing in the Detroit area since 1984. Prior to Doyle Marketing, Kerry worked for CocaCola and Doner Advertising. At Doyle Marketing, he has developed and implemented
marketing programs for companies such as Pepsi, Kimberly-Clark, Henry Ford Community
College and more in the technology, higher education, health care, consumer products, nonprofit, industrial, and retail industries. Kerry’s experience includes marketing strategy, web
marketing, direct marketing, advertising, email, search, social media and web analytics. He
has also brought his business experience to the college classroom as an adjunct professor
teaching Marketing Strategy, Web Marketing, eCommerce and Web Design. Kerry has a
bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Central Michigan University, an MBA in Finance from
Michigan State University and studied photography at Oakland Community College. He lives
in Farmington Hills, Michigan with his wife and two daughters.

Christine Feurig, TGI Direct, Strategic Alliance Manager
With over 16 years of marketing experience, Christine recently joined TGI Direct to
collaborate with clients to design support strategies and tactics that will best accomplish their
marketing goals. Before joining TGI, Christine started her career at EDS, supporting the
Pontiac-GMC Account, working on handraiser management and the owner magazines. Her
career then took her to BBDO Detroit and Meredith Xcelerated Marketing, supporting
Chrysler Service Marketing and Mopar with the after purchase experience in the areas of
data, analytics, print and account management. Her focus was on providing Dealer
communications and reports to help support program initiatives and to provide owners with
the best ownership experience by utilizing all relevant communication channels to continue
the after purchase experience with parts and service. Christine holds a Bachelor of Arts
degree from the University of Michigan. She is married and has two children and a dog she
rescued from the shelter.

Richard Glover, RL Polk, Commercial Vehicle Team
Richard is a lifelong learner and enjoys solving marketing challenges. Having worked in the
automotive industry his entire career (Ford, Hitachi, GM, Harada, and Polk), Richard has
mostly held customer-facing positions that are deadline driven, support technical issues and
influence a large part of his customer’s organization. Richard has ongoing interests in using
data to solve marketing problems and in his current role at Polk he supplies data for
advertising claims and automotive market studies. Richard enjoys seeing what the numbers
say as he knows “the numbers don’t lie.” Not used to having much free time, Richard has
been busy with his church and school and is now in the next leg of life seeking other
professional and personal hobbies. Richard graduated from Wayne State University with a
Bachelor’s in Automotive Marketing and from Eastern Michigan University with a Master’s of
Human Resources and Organizational Development.

Adrienne Milantoni, Team Detroit, Direct Mail Producer
Adrienne is currently a Direct Mail Producer at Team Detroit. She has been with Team
Detroit for 2 years, specializing in Direct Mail Operations and ongoing production for direct
marketing campaigns in the automotive industry. Adrienne was previously at Campbell Ewald
working on continuity programs for the automotive industry on the production side. She
currently supports the development phase of direct mail campaigns by providing mail and
data information requirements to her team. Adrienne holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in
Communications and a Minor in Advertising from Oakland University. She currently resides
in Saint Clair Shores Michigan, and in her spare time enjoys aerobics, cooking and reading.

Sarah Muylle, The Tapco Group, Graphic Designer
Sarah was born and raised in St. Johns, Mi where she later on went to Adrian College to
receive her Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts. She has currently been with The Tapco Group
for the past 2 years in the marketing department as one of the graphic designers. There she
is involved in designing brochures, flyers, business cards, video editing, social media and
etc. In her spare time, she likes to play soccer, run marathons/obstacle races, photography
and being active.

Andrea Robinson, Quicken Loans, Team Captain
Andrea graduated from Adrian College in 2005 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology
with a Theatre minor. I held several leadership positions in various organizations including
Alpha Phi Fraternity, and I continued to volunteer on the advisory board, regional team and
several international committees for the Fraternity after my graduation. After working at a
state-run detention facility for female juvenile offenders for 2 years upon my graduation, I
decided to return to school to pursue a degree in massage therapy, which I completed in
2007. I worked as a massage therapist for 4 years, during which time I worked for a
chiropractor, physical therapy clinic and at a membership clinic. Part of my duties at the
chiropractic & physical therapy offices included marketing at local venues, including schools,
doctor’s offices & wellness fairs, where I provided chair massage & advertised for the office
that I worked for. I began my career at Quicken Loans in August of 2011 and have worked
my way up to the position of Team Captain. Every day I am thrown new challenges but it is
all worth it to see my team grow and develop. I currently reside in Southfield with my love,
Joe, and my kitten, Samwise.

Jeffrey Stone, Copy Writer
Great writers don’t grow on trees, they swing from them…and that’s where you will find Jeff
Stone as he uses his creative vision and energy to help companies get heard, get responses
and get results. For over 25 years, on both the agency and client side, Jeff has built a solid
track record of success, helping to earn dmaDetroit Target Awards for Ford, Chrysler, R.L.
Polk and Co., Chazzano Coffee and others. For the past 5 years, Jeff has been heavily
involved in the DMAD Target Awards, writing the Call for Entries, Invitations and the Awards
Presentations. A graduate of Michigan State University with a dual major in advertising and
telecommunications, Jeff is currently the owner of Written in Stone, LLC., a marketing
company for small and medium size businesses.
