This document is to be used by Owners to provide input on desired changes to the governing documents
of Sawyer’s Mill Owners’ Association.
Homeowners are asked to provide, not only a suggestion or request, but to include the reasoning as to
the benefit which the community will receive by approving the change. If the change affects the
external look of the property or home, keep in mind the established Colonial Williamsburg Theme this
community was built upon. This will assist the Committee and Board of Directors to pass along the
reasoning when presenting the changes to the community for a vote.
