Rich picture has some issues have to prepare, which are: cover all stockholders and replace the arrows by
suitable relationships.

Rich picture has to reflect the stakeholders on this
project, and if it does not the management of our
project would be affected because the rich picture is
incomplete in order the scope would affected.
Redrawing the rich picture would change the scope
of our project management.
Time risk concerned.
More investigation:
Treatment:
Research for rich picture examples and read SAM
book.
Redraw rich picture within complete scope view, and
use proper arrows. And add more stack holders.

Meeting minute template has to be more effeciont.

the quality of our project management.

Fix the meeting minute template by adding new
columns which are: finished, finished time.

of presentation properly.
Write the name of the time keeper in meeting

drive the slides for team members while they present
