Event: The workshop will take place from 0930-1700 on the top floor of 35 Berkeley

Expenses: The seminar organisers will pay travel (economy class) and accommodation expenses for seminar speakers and panel chairs only. Expense claim forms will be available for collection at the workshop itself.

PhD students: We have a subsidy of £50 per head to assist non-Bristol based PhD students to participate in the workshop. Please contact me if you are a PhD student and would like to make use of this subsidy.

Speaker accommodation: If you are a seminar speaker and require overnight accommodation, please contact me at susie.potts@bristol.ac.uk
