` Chamber Chimes December 2014 TOY DRIVE The annual toy drive started mid-November and toys were dropped off at the Alamo Fire Department on Tower Rd., Lifechek Pharmacy in the 100 Block of N. Alamo Rd., Gallegos-Trevino on 809 Main St. and at the Chamber office on Main Street. Many of the RV Parks are also collected for us. We are so proud of how the Winter Texans in these parks care so much for our kids and show it by contributing so many wonderful toys for the Alamo School children. Our community is blessed to have multiple people in our community who care. Coffee Time & More – Ribbon Cutting The grand opening and ribbon cutting for Coffee Time & More was a huge success. Everyone was excited about the different coffees from Columbia, Mexico, Costa Rica, and many more. Their sandwiches include ham & cheese on bagel, on croissant, and even on a panini bread. Jorge Escobedo and his staff did a fantastic job of serving up 956-787-2117 some delicious coffees, lattes, sandwiches, bubble teas and so much more. There was great excitement in the air.
