Urban Planning and Property Development Coursework Hand-in Dates 2013-2014
Year 1
Three Level 1 courses are assessed by unseen examination only (100% exam). These are:
D37TA Construction Technology 1
C27AA Introductory Microeconomics
C27AB Introductory Macroeconomics
Three LeveL 1 courses are shared across several programmes, so deadline adjustment is difficult. All three
involve coursework elements that are submitted throughout the semester:
D17DE Introduction to Design (100% coursework)
D47IE Introduction to Environment (40% examination/ 60% coursework). This course is spread out over
semesters 2+3 and has a 50:50 split between individual/ group effort
D47IP Integrative Project (100% group work coursework throughout semester)
Two courses are managed by the Level 1 co-ordinator who ensures that coursework deadlines do not clash
with other courses in that semester:
D47PP Property, Development & Planning 1 – 100% coursework (including mentoring activities)
D47PQ Property, Development & Planning 2 – 100% coursework (including mentoring activities)
