Legacy Good Samaritan has an exciting new Pharmacy Infectious Disease Clinical
Coordinator position. The ideal candidate will have responsibility for the facilitation
of Legacy Health's Antimicrobial Stewardship (ASP) program in partnership with
the Antimicrobial Subcommittee of Pharmacy and Therapeutics (P&T) Committee.
The successful candidate will collaborate with Legacy Infectious Disease physician
(pediatric and adult) teams, microbiology department, infection control personnel,
and pharmacy services departments from each Legacy facility.
The ideal candidate will:




Have PGY1 training and PGY2 specialty training in Infectious Disease.
Have a minimum of one year post-residency clinical experience in the
management of an institutional antimicrobial stewardship program.
Three years of experience is preferred.
Have a current Oregon Registered Pharmacist License (RPh).
