ZAMBIA DAY FUN!
On Tuesday this week, the children enjoyed celebrating all things
Zambian! Nursery and Reception children made shakes, Years 1
THANK YOU…to all those
parents who supported our
book fair. We raised a
fantastic £1400 over the
week which means school
receives a super £900
commission to spend on
new books for our LRC!
and 2 made drums. Year 3 made rag bags and Year 4 made
sunset paintings! Years 5 and 6 enjoyed making masks! Today is
Independence Day in Zambia and the whole school had fun
celebrating!

HALF TERM
Today the children break up
for half term. The children
are to be back in school,
bright and early, on
Monday 3rd November
We wish you all a fantastic,
relaxing break, and look
forward to seeing you all
after the break.
On Friday 14th November 3.30pm Stanley Grove is doing its bit
for Children in Need! We are having a staff vs children football
match on the school field. Please come along and donate £1
to watch the match, and refreshments are also available at a
minimal charge.
Attendance for Monday 14th to Friday 18th of
October
Please ask for medical appointments at the end of
the day. If you have an appointment during the day
only take the time out required to attend the
appointment.
