modules. We currently offer a suite of over 30 short courses. By selecting different module courses you can design your CPD
programme.
Alternatively, our open network has considerable capacity to assess, design and deliver tailor made programmes in line with
your training needs. Simply provide us with a brief outline of your requirements in the boxes below.
Our promise is that we will be able to assist you, if you wish to organise a CPD event in conjunction with us.

Your donation is entirely voluntarily and separate and distinct from CPD-Philanthropy. However we can
assist you with information pertaining to available tax incentives.
CPD-Philanthropy heavily discounts module fees from known market rates to facilitate your
donation. Therefore, by undertaking continuing professional development and training with CPD-Philanthropy
your business does not incur an additional cost in terms of charitable donations.
We recommend a minimum donation, which together with the module fee, equates to going CPD market rates.

MODULE FEE PAYMENT INFORMATION
CPD-Philanthropy accepts payment by cheque, electronic funds transfer (EFT), postal order, cash or bank
draft payable to CPD-Philanthropy. Please note CPD-Philanthropy is not set up to administer payment by credit/bank
card.
Upon receipt of this booking form we will electronically invoice you and expect payment before the event
taking place. Payment on the day of the event taking place should be pre-arranged with CPD-Philanthropy.
TERMS & CONDITIONS for scheduled programme
Booking and Payment: Your place is booked upon receipt of booking confirmation email and electronic invoice from
CPD-Philanthropy. Cancellations are accepted until 5 days prior the module taking place. A full refund is given.
In order to cover costs, cancellations within 5 days prior the module taking place will be refunded by 50% of the applicable
fee or electronically re-invoiced at 50% of the applicable fee. Refunds will be paid within 90 days by electronic funds transfer
(EFT) only. Cancellation fee payments at 50 % of the applicable fee must be paid within 90 days of receipt of the revised
invoice.
Unfortunately, no refund is possible for no shows.
Certificate of Attendance: CPD-Philanthropy issues ‘Certificates of attendance’. Certificates include the attendee’s name pre-printed
by CPD-Philanthropy, the date, time and duration of the training attended, category of CPD training provided and signed for by the module
tutor on behalf of CPD-Philanthropy. CPD-Philanthropy certifies hours attended, only. CPD-Philanthropy does however re-issue
electronic certificates reflecting actual hours attended.
Data Protection and Privacy: Your details will be maintained within our participant files and we may contact you in the future about
CPD-Philanthropy modules that may be of your interest.
Policy on the use of photographs: CPD-Philanthropy may use images from our activities for publications and promotional purposes.
Policy on course notes: All notes will be emailed to attendees and non-attendees who have paid post the event taking place.
