Old Business
a. Ad-HOC Committee:
i. A list of all the amount parking decals we have on campus (sold-out for Hillside
and Eich)
ii. Alumni have no restrictions for parking at any time. If they get a ticket, have
them take it to Public Safety and it will be voided. Try to get a visitor pass,
though.
iii. Visitors can park anywhere on the weekends except reserved spots. But again,
please let Public Safety know in advance.
iv. If you are a student and have a decal, you may park in Beeghly lot on the
weekends—unless it is full. No one except those who have a red decal can park
in Eich’s lot.
v. We proposed a decal for athletic/evening parking. Pub. Safety could sell the
silver decal during the Spring semester for $35 to allow students to park in
designated lots between 5-10 p.m. This is still in the works. (Silver lots: Hoyt and
visitor football lot).
vi. If you have to move something from your dorm to another place, and you
receive a ticket during the 5 minutes, take it to Public Safety and explain the
situation.
