Application Form to Host the EMS Asia Conference
Please fill in this form in this format. Append any accompanying material as annexes.
Terms and Conditions
1. Bidder must be a current Asian EMS Council (AEMSC)/ Asian Association for Emergency
Medical Services (AAEMS) member.
2. The conference committee is to sponsor the airfare and accommodation of a minimum of 11
speakers from the AEMSC or Pan-Asian Resuscitation Outcomes Study clinical research
network.
3. The bidding member/organisation will be responsible for any financial loss that might arise
from the conference.
4. The conference is to include the Asian EMS award (Individual, Lifetime, and Institutional)
ceremony.
5. The conference registration fees must include an option for participants to register and pay
for a combined AAEMS membership fees and registration fees. 50% of the combined
registration fees shall be paid to the AAEMS.
6. Within 3 months of the conclusion of the conference, a report detailing the following should
be forwarded to the AEMSC:








Program Details including the number and type of tracks offered
Attendance details by country (actual) and track (estimated)
Number of combined AAEMS and conference registrations, non-AAEMS full
registration, Day Registration (depending on types of registration set by committee)
Trade Display statistics, details, names of exhibitors
Social agenda
Financial reporting
Participant evaluations
Other information as appropriate

4.2 Accommodation Costs

and approximate room costs, location relative to the conference venue).
