The main campus is located to the north of the island in the capital of Puerto Rico; It has 1,100 students and responds to levels in associate’s, bachellor’s and master’s degrees. San Sebastián has 1,000 students in associate’s and bachellor’s degrees, distributed in a set of buildings that make up the campus in the town of San Sebastian located in the western central part of the country. The number of employees is similar in both organizations. In both campuses predominate the female gender. The following master plan for Physical Plant responds to the physical reality described above, offering, as well, strategic direction to both of EDP College’s campuses. Maintenance and enlarging of the two campuses are factors that have been included in the plan. Special enphasis has been placed to the maintenance of air conditioners, region of high power consumption and operational expenses. In the Hato Rey campus the priority is centered in the health areas laboratories, air conditioners, and power plant; being these the areas of most difficulty to keep the services in optimal conditions considering the campus facilities to be 10 years old. On the other hand, in the San Sebastian campus, physical plant challenges are far more complex due to the antiguity of the buildings and their diverse situation within the center of the town of San Sebastian. In addition, the sustained growth of the nursing academic program has forced the extension of the facilities. In it are described gradual extension of the facilities such as classrooms, air conditioners, parking space, and service offices. The 2009 – 2013 plan has an investment of approximately $1,700,000.000 in the next four years. Ave. Ponce de León 560 Hato Rey, P.R. 00918, P.O.
