We also have an agenda item at the Hospital Emergency Preparedness Meetings toward the end of the grant cycle where a staff member will remind everyone of the encroaching ASPR dates, and answer any questions. The tracking sheet is also occasionally brought to be passed around. PROCESS □ Email Sent Out to All Hospital EPR Representatives: North Region Administrator forwarded emails that originated from Cindy Gleason regarding NIMS procedures to all Region 1 Hospital EPR Representatives. The ASPR tracking sheet is also forwarded with this method (See Attachment –A-) □ ASPR deliverables and NIMS conversations were also added as an agenda item to many of the Hospital Emergency preparednes agendas. During this topic the North Region Office would remind the hospital representatives of what was outstanding as well as what was expected of them. We also took this time to make sure to answer any questions committee members may have had.
