This is the very first Ukrainian Catholic church in Western Canada to be built of brick, and has amazing hand painted walls and ceilings. The building also has a monastery and seminary wing. The church contains many icons including one blessed by Pope Benedict XV in 1916 and is an original that was hand painted on wood in Rome.
