Dukhovnitsky O. G. Method of assessment noise immunity of satellite
television channels in conditions of their suppression with the unmanned
aerial vehicle. Рр. 3–8. The paper proposes a method of estimating the noise
immunity of satellite television channels in terms of suppression from board
unmanned aircraft. Substantiates its application in the interests of operated and
desired results. It is mathematical tool that allows you to conduct analytical
calculations of suppression ratio. Examples of calculations for typical conditions

the state vector moving objects. Рр. 9–15. Proposed dynamic model the state

with the enhanced noise immunity. Рр. 16–20. The article gives a theoretical
justification to increase the noise immunity of signals of complex shape used in
communication systems and television. It is proposed to simultaneously carry out
the transformation of the constellation several signal constellations. The paper
shows evidence of increased noise immunity of signal constellations by the
uniqueness of the transformed coordinate vectors and use orthogonality of

sensitivity of photodetector and its compensation at the detection in the
infrared systems. Рр. 79–88. Detection in infrared systems at the different modes
of photodetector was analized. Estimation of influence of non-uniformity of
sensitivity of photodetector on probability of right detection was obtained.
Estimates without non-uniformity of sensitivity of photodetector, with nonuniformity of sensitivity of photodetector and its compensation was compared. It
was shown parameter of deciding statistic does not depend on non-uniformity in

Experimental valuation of correlation functions of video scenes. Рр. 107–114.
The results of correlation functions valuation of video clips are presented. It is
shown that correlation functions can be modulated by an exponential function with
sufficient precision for building video coders and TV cameras, adaptive to dynamic

of the measurement of frequency and time parameters of the main peak of the
ambiguity function COMPLEX PSK signals in order to address the issue of
synchronization. Рр. 115–121. The article deals with the evaluation of time
parameters and frequency parameters of the ambiguity function of complex PSKsignals, in order to address the problem of synchronization in communication
systems and television. In the article the used of the preamble of packets,
consisting of the complex PSK-signals with a large base. Such signals can
simultaneously solve the problem of detection of the fact of the transmission
signals and timing of signals. In the article the analytical expressions for frequency
and time estimates of ambiguity function signal depending on the signal / noise
ratio. The article presents the limit values for the relative values of the error of time

reception of the frequency and time synchronization on the basis of the

composite mirror interference method. Рр. 127–134. This article describes
possible ways to control the composite mirrors in orbit. Analyzed the interference
control method for a composite wavefront mirror, comprising the sequential
alignment of each segment of the mirror. Conducted estimated calculations.

platform to a common coordinate system. Рр. 135–141. This article contains a
mathematical analysis of positioning (determining the relative position) of the
optical elements of large platforms. The results of this analysis, a variant of the
modernization of the design of platforms for determining the angular coordinates
of the optical elements, mounted on the platform, in the common coordinate
