Adamov D. Yu. Main approached for videosystems on chip design. рp. 3–
17. This article considers the issue of design for videosystems on chip under
limitations of technologies and CAD systems, and by other hand based on parallel
integration, transfer and processing for video information on a chip. It is
demonstrated the realization of simple videosystem on a chip by modern
technological level, and the forecast of creation high performance VSoC for

Mantsvetov A. A. Active pixel CMOS image sensor sensitivity. рp. 18–214.
The expression for the integral sensitivity of active pixel CMOS sensors are
obtained. Considered the source of noise CMOS sensors. It is shown that the
integral sensitivity of active pixel CMOS sensors does not depend on the
photosensitive pixel area. It is established that noise of dark current decrease at

objects in the aviation observing system. рp. 45–50. The article discusses way of
compensating for changes in television or thermal images of the object in the air
observing systems, which are caused by the spatial evolution of the observation

The article discusses the characteristics and test results of new budget megapixel
lenses production of Korean and Chinese firms for use in TV. All tested autp iris
and manual lenses revealed a fairly high resolution (no less than 1500 TVL) in the
center of the image at full aperture. Characteristics of modern megapixel lenses
cost Chinese and Korean firms are close to the parameters of the ideal lens, the
resolution of which is limited by the diffraction limit. Even small iris these lenses
may result in poor resolution. Extended depth of field by stopping in megapixel
lenses accompanied by a significant decrease in resolution. Implementation of the
automatic aperture lenses megapixel effective. Restructuring aperture of F32 to
F1,8 reduces the resolving power of the lens more than 5 times. In megapixel
camera lens iris should be used only in a fully open aperture, or use special lenses

criterion for aviation teplopelengator by introducing an risk ratio adaptive control
scheme in the reception and transformation of information based on the

surfaces of the parabolic mirror on its thermoaberration of provision of the
image. рp. 103–110. Influence on temperature of a mirror of intensity of a
thermolysis from its working surface is investigated. Analytical formulas for
calculation of the thermoinduced shift of focus of a mirror taking into account a
thermolysis from a working surface are received. The carried-out calculations
showed that at the intensive heat sink from a back surface of a mirror natural
radiant and convective heat exchange on its working surface doesn't demand the
account. At the heatisolated back surface the thermolysis from a working surface
completely defines the thermoinduced shift of focus of a mirror. Processes of
formation of the thermal mode of a mirror in the conditions of land and space

stationary thermal modes are defined. Comparison of properties of materials of
mirrors is carried out on concrete examples according to known data on
temperature dependences of initial heatphysical properties. The principles of a
choice of materials of mirrors and the case for space telescopes taking into account
requirements to the maximum heat stability depending on service conditions are
