Personal item: Please label with your child’s name.

A backpack (standard size, no wheels, please – our space is
limited)
2.
Set of clothes to leave in backpack (if you feel it is necessary,
just in case of an accident)
Class items: These will be combined and shared by the whole class.
Please do not label them.

12-15 glue sticks
2.
1 box of tissues
3.
1 ream of white copy paper
4.
1” black 3 ring binder
5.
10 letter-size clear sheet protectors
6.
1 container Clorox wipes
7.
$20 supply donation ($6 will pay for a weekly Scholastic
magazine, $14 will be used for special art/cooking/project
supplies). Checks payable to Pleasant Valley Elementary.
Optional items:
1. Box of Zip-lock baggies, either sandwich or gallon size
2. Box of crayons
Please bring the above items (except for the backpack) to your
assessment, the week of August 10th. Thank you!
