The second day of the meeting was concentrated on concrete and practical issues of the Project development, planning of the activities during September 2014 – April 2015, responsibilities, possible financial instruments, etc. Conclusions, Decisions and the home work: The partner’ organizations involved in the project development are different, that’s why the specific interest in the project can also differ. Some of organizations put forward more practical and very concrete questions, other are more interested in creation of the model of the tight cooperation of tourist branch’ stakeholders of the BSR. We don’t see any contradiction between the more “practical” approach in the instrumental part of the project (as questions related to gathering of the information on cultural destinations and site, product development, etc) and more strategic ones, as establishment of the sustainable cooperation platform in the Baltic Sea region for the future long term cooperation between travel industries, governmental bodied, local authorities, academia and culture institutions. From the one side it can be considered as a challenge due to the defining the final aim and objectives, but on the other hand, we can really gain from the variety of the competences the organizations have and create the sufficient project with main aim to develop the territories of Baltic Sea region using the potential of culture tourism.
