Farm community and by now, selling to off-shore nations (also suffering stripped soils-vegetation -water)
then, as a people looking to restore a sustainable future, we need to, “minimize anthropogenic natural
disasters” by, restoring the above baseline assets for and on behalf of the “historians of tomorrow”!
From first-hand experience* I know the foreign farm buyers look only to make short term money profit!
Without decades of land management experience they and the Great Nation of Australia will loose much!
Since 2005 as invited foreign expert adviser to PRC (taking time with the UN to tour Mongolia and UNEP
Nairobi 1st food security assembly and mitigation assembly and now M E nations) to lead in desert reversal
to grow soil soil-carbon food fodder. The UN top administration today is in crisis meeting “how to feed
3.5 billion living in poverty and stop wars! How to lower CO2e! How to stop mass migration! Funding
natural disaster is mandatory but, as the baseline assets further decline so it is without “the coat of paint”
repetitive expanding demise is certain!
Bankers seeking to keep jobs are “selling off the farm” as opposed to capitalize of the “sadly booming
global repetitive expanding food fodder forestry markets. Frankly the only buyers of foreclosed properties
will be, cashed up foreign desert nations prepared to strip the remaining assets/soil to maximize returns.

While the nation is in self recrimination/analyzing we need to think laterally! If Australia Inc was a
business the receiver would asks “what made the business great and, can it be returned to sustainability”.

carbon credits and put in place UNFCCC Kyoto CO2 offset protocol demanding registration
verification of all offsets (in our case CO2e sinks).
 Now we know 600 million hectares of the nation’s base asset soil water vegetation are damaged.
Say we copy PRC and reverse 200million hectares say we commence with Farmer Herders in
Queensland / WA.
Say we settle a protocol of delivering projected payments with the foreclosing Bankers demanding Farmers

As a nation we keep finding pockets of money to fund anthropogenic disasters! If we were under a business
approach we could not only reduce disasters but, we would have income by lowering global CO2e and
have verifiable contracted incomes to dramatically lower the Nations’ overdraft. We would have employed
many and a super bonus exported milk grain food fodder and in time forestry produces.
