Bidding for items offered by silent auction to the highest bidder will begin at 6:00 p.m. and will begin to close at
10 p.m.
If you wish to place a bid, please print your number and amount of bid on the bid sheet corresponding to the item.
All bidders must be 18 years or older. Each initial bid must be for at least the minimum stated on the sheet in order to constitute a valid bid. No lesser bid shall be accepted. Each new bid should be written on the next blank line available and must meet or exceed the established minimum raises printed on the bid sheet. If a bid is placed in the
“Buy It Now” portion of the bid sheet, that bid will constitute the highest and final bid for an item. If no bid is placed in the “But It Now” portion, the highest bid at the close of the silent auction will win the item. All auction items and services must be used in accordance with the terms and expiration dates as stated on the prize certificate.
In the event that an item does not receive a bid by 10 p.m., we reserve the right to withdraw the item from the silent auction.
