Required Education, Licenses/Certifications, and Experience: California Licensed Family Nurse Practitioner
Physician Assistant. Minimum of one year prior experience in either ED or urgent care preferred. BLS
required.
Position Responsibilities: In collaboration with Physician perform assessments and diagnosis, initiates
treatment and/or therapy. Takes patient history and performs physical examinations.
Required Education, Licenses/Certifications, and Experience: Current California RN license. Minimum of
one year critical care experience within the past three years.
Satisfactory completion of a course in
critical care, intensive care or coronary care within the last three years preferred. BLS and ACLS certification
required within six months.
Position Responsibilities: Function independently in performing the nursing process through assessment,
planning, intervention and evaluation of safe therapeutic care for all patient’s overt and covert needs and/or
complications of treatment on his/her shift. The staff nurse manages and coordinates the clinical activities
on the patient unit during his/her shift.
Required Education, Licenses/Certifications, and Experience: Current California R.N. license. Six months
recent experience in perinatal nursing preferred. BLS and successful completion of neonatal resuscitation
within six months of employment.
Position Responsibilities: The staff nurse in Obstetrics functions independently in performing the nursing
process through assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of safe therapeutic care for all
patients during labor, deliver, immediate port-partum and newborn care; including those patients in
complex situations with overt and covert needs and/or complications of treatment during his/her shift. The
staff nurse manages and coordinates the clinical activities on the patient unit during his/her shift.
Required Education, Licenses/Certifications, and Experience: Current California R.N. license. BLS required.
Position Responsibilities: The staff nurse in the Med/Surg Unit functions independently in performing the
nursing process through assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation of safe therapeutic care for all
patient’s overt and covert needs and/or complications of treatment on his/her shift. The staff nurse
manages and coordinates the clinical activities on their patient assignment and may be assigned to
coordinate the unit activities during his/her shift.
Required Education, Licenses/Certifications, and Experience: Current certificate from the Board of Medical
Quality Assurance Respiratory Care Examining Committee, Department of Consumer Affairs, state of
California required. Previous experience in a hospital setting preferred. BLS and NRP required.
Position Responsibilities: Under medical direction and direct supervision appropriate to level of professional
training and/or experience, performs all functions outlined in the Policy and Procedure of the
Cardiopulmonary Department. This includes, but is not limited to: emergency services, therapeutics,
department record keeping, minor preventative maintenance, cleaning and processing of department
equipment, and related tasks.

one year acute care experience within the past two years preferred. Six months recent experience in

Supervisory Experience Preferred. BLS and ACLS, required within six (6) months of employment.
Position Responsibilities: The shift supervisor coordinates the delivery of patient care for all nursing
departments in the hospital. They are responsible for providing adequate staffing, within the budgeted FTE’s
to the various nursing departments. They act as a resource and provide direction to all nursing staff.
Required Education, Licenses/Certifications, and Experience: Minimum of three years clinical experience in
a health care institution of similar size and complexity. Must have experience with NextGen – NextGen
certification preferred. Effective communication skills, especially verbal, phone skills, with ability to interact
with various levels of personnel. Excellent customer service skills. Strong analytical and problem solving
skills. Excellent computer skills, networking fundamentals a plus.
Position Responsibilities: Will support NextGen clinical applications at the hospital and our Rural Health
Clinics. Will coordinate aspects of the NextGen system; planning, design, development, training,
implementation, communication, maintenance and evaluation of existing or new functionality. Will bridge
the gap between providers, various levels of clinical staff, and information technology.

Required Education, Licenses/Certifications, and Experience: Completion of AMA approved program in
Radiologic Technology. State of California and ARRT registration and certification. Two (2) years of experience
as a Radiologic Technologist preferred.
Position Responsibilities: Performs radiographic procedures at a technical level not requiring constant
supervision of technical detail; performs a variety of technical procedures that require independent judgment,
and use of ingenuity and initiative to apply prescribed ionizing radiation for radiologic diagnosis. May be
required to rotate standby and call back hours.
Required Education, Licenses/Certifications, and Experience: Previous clerical experience, basic computer
entry experience, medical terminology, and various filing techniques.
Position Responsibilities: Operate switchboard terminal in conjunction with telephone and paging systems.

Technologist License. Twelve months as a trainee required; one to three years’ experience desirable.
Position Responsibilities: Performs all laboratory tests necessary for diagnosis and treatment of patients at
the request of attending physician(s). Responsible for reporting results which are accurate as substantiated
by the use of appropriate controls. Performs and demonstrates proficiency and understanding of routine
procedures for all areas of the clinical laboratory with minimal supervision.
