Little Lambs Learning Lab
Daily Attendance
Little Lambs Learning Lab is open Monday through Friday from 7:00 A.M. to 5:30 P.M.
(Extended hours are available. Please inquire.)
Primary Prep Learning Ladder hours are from 9:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M.
Kindergarten Learning Ladder hours are from 9:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. and 12:30 P.M. to 1:30 P.M.
Maximum attendance= 10 hours per day
All children must arrive before 8:30 A.M. to be served breakfast. Any child arriving after 8:30
A.M. must eat breakfast prior to arriving. No outside food may be brought.
Any child arriving after 9:10 A.M. without a doctor’s notice will be denied admittance until 11:00
A.M. to prevent disruption of our Learning Ladder hours. Please take note of this policy and
abide by this to ensure a quality education for all students.
Please call before 9:00 A.M. if your child will be absent for that day. If you do not call, or no
notice is given, it will be assumed that your child is not attending that day. We must have an
accurate head count for daily meal planning, projects and field trips.
There is a late dismissal charge of $10.00 for every 10 minutes that your child is at Little Lambs
Learning Lab after 5:30 P.M. Late pickup is not a normal program option and will only be
considered an exceptional occurrence.
Each child must be signed in by an adult at arrival and out by an adult at dismissal. Signatures
of such person must be his/her full name. Initials are not accepted. Children will not be allowed
to leave the school with any person other than parents, legal guardians or persons authorized by
the parents in the application form. The person picking up the child must also provide a current
photo identification card if the Little Lambs Learning Lab staff member in charge does not
recognize this person as being an authorized contact person.
Sick Child Policy
Children must be free of the following symptoms for 24 hours, without medication, to be
admitted into the school. A fever of 100 degrees or above, diarrhea, vomiting, persistent cough
or wheezing (treated or untreated), runny nose with a constant dripping or a thick, green
mucus indicating infection, unexplained rash, excessive listlessness or tiredness and lice or
parasites. If any of these symptoms appear while at school, your child must be picked up within
one hour of notification. In the event that we cannot contact the parent or guardian then we
will call authorized persons that you have listed who may pick up your child.

The preferred method of payment is by debit/credit card. Little Lambs Learning Lab will never have
access to your account information. We also accept cash, check and money orders.

Tuition is charged to your family’s account on the due date and is due no later than 5:30 P.M.

2. Tuition is nonrefundable in case of absences.
3. We strive to provide an outstanding early childhood education at a reasonable cost. Little Lambs
Learning Lab families understand, acknowledge and agree that this is a school of limited
enrollment. By executing this Agreement, Little Lambs Learning Lab, Inc. agrees to provide a
place for your child in his or her respective class, which may deprive another child of the
privilege of enrolling at Little Lambs Learning Lab, Inc. Further, in the event that your child
withdraws from Little Lambs Learning Lab, Little Lambs Learning Lab may be unable to enroll
another child to fill your child’s place in the classroom. Hence, you agree that all obligations
shall be continued, and this Agreement shall not be terminated for any reason and commit to
one full school year.
