NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Joint Public Hearing will be held by the Town of Merton Plan
Commission, Town of Merton Board, and a Staff Representative of the Waukesha County
Department of Parks and Land Use - Planning and Zoning Division, on Wednesday, December
19th, 2012, at 6:00 p.m. at the Merton Town Hall, located at W314 N7624 Hwy. 83, North
Lake, WI 53064, to consider the rezoning request (File No. SZT-1692A) of Elogan LLC, c/o
Helmut Keidl (owner), 6231 N. Hwy 83, Hartland, WI 53029 and Ludwig W. Ridder (agent),
P.O. Box 1060, Oconomowoc, WI 53066, to amend the conditions of the existing conditional
B-3, General Business zoning districts under the Town of Merton Zoning Ordinance and the
Waukesha County Shoreland and Floodland Protection Ordinance on the subject property.
The purpose of this request is to allow the property to be used for warehousing of dry goods
and to allow an area of the building to be used as a residential living unit for the warehouse
manager. The subject property is described as:
Lot 1, Certified Survey Map No. 10,921, Volume 106, Page 174, located in part of the SE ¼
and SW ¼ of Section 19, T8N, R18E, Town of Merton. More specifically, the property is
located on the south side of C.T.H. K near the intersection of C.T.H. K and Stone Bank Road.

On Wednesday, December 19th, 2012 immediately following the Public Hearing, the Plan
Commission will meet at the Merton Town Hall, W314N7624 Hwy 83, North Lake, WI 53064 for
the Plan Commission Meeting,

Notice is hereby given that a majority of the Town Board or Plan Commission may be present at the above
scheduled meeting(s) to gather information about a subject over which they have decision-making responsibility.
This constitutes a meeting of the Town Board pursuant to State ex rel. Badke v. Greendale Village Board. 173Wis.
2d 553, 494 N.W. 2d 408 (1993) and must be noticed as such, although the Town Board will not take any formal
action at this meeting.
