Wedding/Special Event Contract
The following contract has been created to ensure as smooth and organized an experience as
possible, for all parties involved. It is an agreement between At Last… Salon & Day Spa service
providers hereafter known as {Stylist (s)}; and persons attending the event hereafter known as
{client(s)}. A signed copy of the agreement will be retained by the stylist(s) and a copy will be
provided to the client(s).
Hair service guidelines for timing:
Shampoo Blowout (Simple-Moderate styling) includes:


Shampoo, blowout, with very moderate use of hot tools (curling iron, or flat iron).
About 45 minutes are allotted for each client (depending on hair length).
Up-Do (Moderate-Intricate styling) includes:


Half or all hair up, use of hot tools, hairpins, and/or thread. (DOES NOT INCLUDE A
SHAMPOO/BLOWOUT)
About 60 minutes are allotted for each client (depending on hair length and style difficulty).
Additional information for client(s):







If client’s style does not include a shampoo/blowout please arrive with clean DRY hair at the
time of appointment. Hot tools will not work on wet or damp hair (Drying requires additional
time) if time is available, stylist will complete the service but additional charges may apply. If
additional time is not available the stylist reserves the right to deny the client service.
Our stylist works with the clients own hair, extensions and fillers are NOT available. However, if
clients would like hair accessories (i.e. veil, tiara, flowers, jewels, etc.) incorporated, stylist will
happily incorporate anything provided by client(s).
Please feel free to bring in any pictures of ideas you have for hair and/or make-up. These can
even be emailed in advance.
If you are receiving make-up services please arrive with a clean, make-up free, face.
Please wear a button down or zip up top so that nothing needs to be pulled over your head after
services are completed.
Children are welcome to attend provided they are not left unattended at any time. (We want all
our guests to feel welcome and comfortable; we try to maintain a quiet relaxing environment
especially for clients receiving spa services.)
We reserve the right to use any pictures you allow us to take in future publications.
These appointments will occur between {START TIME} and {END TIME} on {DATE}. We ask that the
client(s) show up promptly at the appointed time so that all stylists have ample time to complete each
service.
The client(s) agree to the above mentioned terms and requirements. ____ Initial

Payment and Liability
Full payment is due at time of services. We do not require a deposit, but we will need to keep a credit
card on file (we will charge $1 to verify the card). This card will only be charged if the appointments are
canceled within 14 days of the event. If appointments are canceled with less than 14 days, but more
than 48 hours notice, the card will be charged 50% of the total cost of services scheduled. If
appointments are canceled with less than 48 hours notice the card will be charged for 100% of the total
cost of services scheduled.
