Explore great works of literature from the earliest written records through the 17 th century. Read selections from ancient
Mesopotamian, Biblical, Islamic, Asian, classical Greek and Roman, and medieval and Renaissance European literature.
Prerequisite: ENG 111-ENG 112 or ENG 115-ENG 116 or ENG 121 or permission of the department chair.
