Diploma – Graphic Design, Seneca College of Applied Arts and Technology (2007 – 2010)
Study a wide variety of topics including: typography, print and art history. Gain proficiency in
computer softwares including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, Adobe
inDesign and Adobe Premiere Pro.
Additionally, build websites using HTML as well as Adobe Dreamweaver. Learn basic JavaScript
practices.
Complete competency training in Office Suite including Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint
and Microsoft Excel.
Develop presentation skills as well as artistic skills related to: storyboarding, mixed-media,
collage and digital painting.
Apply skills in Photoshop, InDesign and Flash consistently over three years in areas including:

work and signage.
Additionally, assisted in the learning graphic software skills as tutor at Seneca College Learning

Learning Technologist – Vretta Inc (2012 – 2013)
Managed internet technologies and designed interactive tutorials for the web.
Responsible for the maintenance and development of website used by over 9,000 paying users.
Applied real-time web administration using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, PHP, MySQL, jQuery,
BASH, ActionScript 3, CodeIgniter, Linux and Apache using LAMP style methodology.
Work with and integrate with third-party merchant tools including Amazon and PayPal.
Responsible for the administration and maintenance of website hosted on Amazon Elastic
Computing Cloud. Required to spin up new servers, monitor existing servers and perform
backups, as well as assist and developing cost-saving elastic computing strategies.
Work with PayPal developer tools to create custom IPN that allowed for dispatching of custom
PayPal orders as well as automatic processing using PHP, MySQL and JavaScript. Develop
secure payment loops for the processing of real funds with high accountability to client and
end-user.
Work with HTML, CSS and JavaScript to create high-end user experiences with consistent
performance on Tablet, phone as well as PC.
Assist in the creation of Android and iPhone based applications through Flash-based workflow.
Create highly advanced educational environments in Flash. Develop systems for advanced
playback and management of multiple SWFs to be deployed online. Create sophisticated
progress saving and suspension using SCORM as well as PHP, ActionScript 3 and JavaScript.
Develop elegant solutions for volume control, closed captions, full screen, playback and

XML and AS3.
Developed stand-alone activity components and games using Flash. Components developed
included “mix and match” game, “true and false” game and “fill in the blanks” game. Games
developed for quality-oriented major clients and required to adhere to a high standard of
consistency and professionalism. Games featured automatic saving and progress suspension.
Web and Video Media Designer – Casale Media (2011 – 2012)
Developed web and video based advertisements and technology for the internet. Work directly
with clients to develop advertisements and online media using Adobe Flash Professional, Adobe
After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Media Encoder and Adobe Photoshop.
Create full-service client advertisements. Services include processing media for web including
pictures and video using softwares including Adobe Photoshop and Adobe After Effects. Create
highly-professional advertisements for major clients.
Work directly with clients by participating in conference calls and answering questions
directly as well as gathering intelligence related to the campaign. Occasionally work with
French speaking clients using business-level French language skills. Participate in revision
cycles and work with account coordinators to manage client expectations.
Work in Adobe Flash Professional to create highly professional visual layouts. Layouts included
ones provided by client in the form of Adobe Photoshop or PNG templates, as well as ones
designed in-house using Adobe Flash, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
Work extensively in Adobe After Effects, editing trailers and other promotional materials into
specific web formats. Use Adobe After Effects as well as Video Co-Pilot Action Essentials 2 to
composite original materials from scratch into professional, specific format.
Use illustration skills to design storyboards used for major shoot at professional study. Assist in
the shoot by offering real-time feedback, on site. Work with marketing department to create
effective, web-based advertisements.
Use ActionScript 3 and JavaScript to create advanced video-based advertisement deployment
system. Create advertisements designed to be limited in size and deployed affordable through
sophisticated advertising network. Assisted in the development of cutting-edge analytic tools
that created sophisticated demographics as part of added value to client.
Graphic and Video Intern – The Fight Network (2010-2011)
Work in professional television studio and contribute to real media pieces for television.
Use Adobe Photoshop to create advanced workflows using Actions for the controlled processing
of hundreds of bulk images for use in montage. Use Adobe Photoshop to composite images for
televised material as well as perform touch-ups.
Assist in the use of AVID and Adobe Premiere for the compositing of video materials for
Television. Work with strict content standards for deployment through digital, web and
standard cable technologies.
Work with Adobe After Effects to perform routine video-related tasks including name / number
changing, preflight and export.
Assist in hands-on television work including operating camera for major charity event.
Private Tutor – Web Design (2010)
Directly assist private college student in development of skills relating to CSS, HTML and Adobe
Dreamweaver. Assist client in developing computer skills in one-on-one context.
Assist client in developing Adobe Flash Professional, AS2 and AS3 skills in one-on-one context.
Buzz Magazine - Editor (2009)
Responsible for the layout, editing and selection of content for major Frosh edition of student
newspaper for Ontario’s largest college, Seneca College.
Use Adobe InDesign to create consistent and sophisticated multi-page layouts. Use character
styles, paragraph styles, page layouts and overflow to create professional quality piece.
Work with strict timeline to deliver piece free of errors and misprints on time. Work with
printing house to prepare inDesign file for print using PDF format.
Volunteer Experience
Organizer - Japan Aid Toronto (2011-2012)
Assisted in the organization of a charity fashion show to benefit the victims of the
Japanese earthquake.
Assist in a graphical capacity by organizing team of volunteer graphic designers and visual
artists for a unified charitable effort.
President Local – Seneca Student Federation (2008 – 2010)
Managed funds and helped students have an enriching college experience. Work with board of
directors, chair meetings, and facilitate events. Oversee council media initiatives.
