Government of the Punjab, Livestock & Dairy Development Department
invites Expression of Interest (EOI) for hiring of consultants / consulting firms for the
following scope of works.

Foot and Mouth disease vaccine production
Animal Vaccination improvement
Enhancement of Artificial Insemination service delivery
Up-gradation of the extension services
Privatization of Semen Production Units
Joint venture of Govt Livestock farms for efficiency improvement
Interested companies / individuals may forward Expression of Interest along
with the following details for each of the afore mentioned scope of work.
1. Company profile.
2. Detail of work done in the field of following:
a. Foot & Mouth Vaccine Production
b. Artificial Insemination service delivery
c. Extension services for livestock and poultry development
d. Establishment of Semen Production Units
e. Livestock farms operations
3. Certificate of registration with (name of relevant professional institution)
along with the latest renewal letter (for Pakistani origin firms).
4. Demonstrated ability to implement the standard procedure by reliable and
known international organizations / authorities / professional associations.
5. Ability to train the stakeholders and business personnel in best practices of
management and techniques in relevant discipline of livestock sector
development.
6. Audited statement of accounts for the last three (3) years.
Proposals are invited from reputed consultant (National / International) for the
development of mechanism on feasibility, technical support, detail plan along with time line.
International / national companies may participate through local representatives. Only short
listed companies would be invited to submit detailed estimates / proposals for the identified
tasks. Participating consulting firm should be able to certify that they have not been
blacklisted and have not defaulted on contractual obligations. Compliance with national /
international tax regime is necessary.
Livestock & Dairy Development Department reserve the right to reject or
cancel any EOI without assigning any reason thereof. Expression of Interest should be
forwarded not later than 13th June 2014 to the Secretary to Government of the Punjab,
