Registration of Overseas Manufacturers of Imported Food”

Pursuant to the Food Safety Law and its implementation rules, Law of the
People's Republic of China on Import and Export Commodity Inspection and its
implementation rules, and the Administrative Measures for Registration of Overseas
Manufacturers of Imported Food (AQSIQ Decree 145), we are publishing the
“Implementation Catalogue for Registration of Overseas Manufacturers of Imported
Food”. The transition period for overseas manufacturers of imported seafood is
from the date of issuance of this Notice to May 1, 2013.
