In this role you will:
• Be an evangelist for the company values, mission and vision and use them as a guide for all decision and actions.
• Serve as single point of contact to management and operate as business partner by providing cross-functional HR
advice, counsel and problem solutions
• Champion change and helps position the company for success by cultivating leaders, effective communicators and
empowered employees
• Partner with management to develop a workforce plan
• Champion new ideas and initiatives that foster and support creativity, innovation, and risk taking within the
organization
• Develop and implement culture development strategies, i.e. philanthropic activities, celebrations and awards
• Take the pulse of the organization; collect feedback formally and informally and address issues in a meaningful and
constructive way
• Engage with team frequently to foster the process of exchanging ideas and sharing knowledge
• Identify early on potential employee-relations issues and takes necessary action
• Coordinate and/or conduct employee-relations activities and programs including but not limited to employee
counseling, interpretation of policies.
• Recommend programs and/or approaches to attract qualified candidates and retain current employees
• Ensure administration and communication regarding company-wide human resources policies, procedures, and
practices in accordance with stated corporate objectives and federal and state legal requirements
• Lead the benefits and compensation strategy

Qualifications:
• BA in related field, MBA preferred and 5 years of HR experience, at least 3 at management level
• Working knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
• Working knowledge of data collection, data analysis, evaluation, and scientific method.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and workflow.
• Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees.
• Proficient on MS Office programs and ADP preferred
• Proven leadership and business acumen skills.
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to be strategic and consultative
• Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels
• Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions
• Creative, flexible, and innovative team player
• Commitment to excellence and high standards
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
