Participants can purchase a table in the VIP tent (4-5), the price of 1000 zł for the whole
event.
Please notify the VIP dinner reservations with notifications, no later than 28/05/2013, the
Boxes will be prepared on Friday 5.07. 2013 from. 15.00.
The organizer will provide (straw) in the boxes.

Competitions will be in accordance with the Rules and regulations of the PZJ.
Documentation of horses and riders by PZJ/FEI Rules and Regulations.
Entry fee per horse:
• 350 pln (with box for the whole event from each entered horse regardless of the
number of starts)
• without box 200 zł (for the whole event from each entered horse regardless of the
number of starts)
Electricity lorry - 50 pln .
Payments – on place, or bank transfer : for account 84 1240 5211 1111 0000 4923 7155 .
AWARDS: flot’s for 25% of the best horses in the competition. In competitions 1, 6 –
flot’s and trophies. In other competitions, cash prizes and prizes for kind in / g of attached
table.

Minimum amount of prize money for 2 days: 11.100 pln
Organizer reserves the right to make changes in the programme.
The organizer declines any liability for property or pecuniary damage which may happen to visitors,
athletes, grooms and horse owners through slight negligence of the organizer, his delegates or his
assistants. The OC is liable in case of intent, gross negligence as well as in case of injury to life, body
or health and in further cases he is liable for compelling legal liability acc. to the legal requirements.
Furthermore he also declines any liability for theft or other incidents.
