SCA Producer Funded Research Print Email Saskatchewan Beef industry Development Fund (SBIDF) The Saskatchewan Cattlemen’s Association (SCA) formed the SBIDF committee to ensure the proper administration of the SCA check-off levy funds. These funds are to be used for research, development and promotion of the beef cattle industry in Saskatchewan. The committee will guarantee that producer money is spent responsibly on effective research and market development projects that enhance the competitiveness of all production sectors of the Saskatchewan beef cattle industry. The SBIDF committee adheres to and follows The Cattle Development Plan Regulations, The AgriFood Act, 2004 and its regulations, and all applicable board orders.
