I intend to enroll at CU-Boulder and live in campus housing, but cannot formally confirm my CU-Boulder enrollment and
housing reservation due to financial circumstances.
By completing and signing this form you:
 Agree that you plan to attend CU-Boulder and live on campus, if you are able to secure adequate funding but
are under no obligation to attend CU-Boulder and/or live in on-campus housing.
 Indicate your understanding that we will be able to save a housing space for you, but housing within
Kittredge Central is not guaranteed if you return this form as late as August.
 Understand that you must complete your on-line housing request by Thursday, July 28th, 2016.
I need to delay confirming my CU enrollment –but understand that CU enrollment must be confirmed by May 1st

If you need to defer your CU-Boulder enrollment confirmation deposit to pay at a later time, request an extension using
the following form. You must also submit your confirmation form to reserve your space at CU-Boulder.
