o List, in bullet statement form, the textbook’s “yes” and “no” arguments
o Summarize the main arguments for both sides of the Citizens United case
 Which side do you agree with and why?
o Choose which side you agree most with (if you don’t care…pick a side
randomly) and do the following:
 Use the internet or other resource to add 2 additional arguments (not in
the book) for your chosen side.
 Write a “letter to the editor” style paragraph arguing for your side.
